FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: current is passed through semiconductor temperature-sensitive resistor placed in the area to be checked and resistance of the resistor is measured. Resistance of temperature-sensitive resistor is determined by means of measurement voltage drop in it. Current which passes through resistor is changed and second value of voltage drop is measured. Diffusion resistance of temperature-sensitive resistor is found from values of two currents and voltages. The diffusion resistance is used for determining temperature.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
