FIELD: medicine, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: in area of soft tissue detachment one should make one or several punctures of skin surface to introduce a curette and remove non viable fiber. Drainage tubes should be introduced into the same punctures to carry out cavitary drainage to obtain pure washing waters. Then one should perform obligatory evacuation of transudate, exudates and possible residues of non viable tissues until complete cavitary obliteration. The method suggested decreases the number of complications and shortens terms of therapy.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
