FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: soft tissue bruises and subcutaneous haematomas of the injured area are diagnosed. Diagnostic notches 3 cm long are created on the injured surface. A peanut is used to explore an area. If observing thinning of the cutaneo-subcutaneous flap and the presence of fatty tissue in the discharge, first type skin detachment is diagnosed. A second type of skin detachment is shown by the cutaneo-subcutaneous tissue uniformly distributed along the whole skin surface, whereas the discharge contains no fatty tissue. The presence of the thinned segments and thickened segments testifies to third type detachment.
EFFECT: method enables typing the skin detachment with minimum injuries and high accuracy by forming diagnostic notches and using the peanut that provides selecting an optimum approach and a method of treating.
