SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the technologies of treatment of liquids with an external action for production of dispersion liquid systems in the form of a finished product or an intermediate product for separation of a target product and may be used for production of fast emulsions or dispersions in food, chemical and other industries and in agriculture. The mixture of components in a closed container is subjected to oscillations with a speed of no less the magnitude defined by the pressure in the container and the density of the produced product by a definite dependence. The technical result consists in production of the fast emulsions without addition of emulsifying agents.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the fast emulsions without addition of emulsifying agents.
