Proposed device contains first metering cylinder with hole to let out component, first piston and first rod installed inside cylinder, and also additional cylinder with pistons and rods and holes to let out component installed concentrically relative to first cylinder. Areas of cross section of cylinders are inter related proportionally to relation of components included into mixture. Rods are interconnected.
