FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises unmovable housing provided with space filled with medicinal agent, mouthpiece connected with the housing, push button, and batching mechanism made of stepped rod with batching bushing concentrically mounted on the rod. The rod is mounted for permitting axial movement with respect to the housing that receives the piston with the spring for supplying medicinal agent. The batching bushing is connected with the push button whose side is made of a cylindrical shell that embraces unmovable housing. The spring used for supplying medicinal agent abuts against the inner face of the shell. The spring is used for returning the push button in the initial position The rod is locked against rotation in the bottom section. The unmovable housing is provided with radial openings and ring with the inner groove that defines the space for preparing the mixture of air with the medicinal agent. The scale for control batching is applied on the unmovable housing, and the side of the push button is provided with port for visualizing the scale for control of batch. The mouthpiece is provided on the face of the unmovable cylindrical housing.
