FIELD: devices for synchronization of operation of loom drives and shedding motion and compensation of frequency of their rotation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed drive unit includes devices for compensation of frequency of rotation of loom drive and shedding motion; loom is provided with electric drive connected with its main drive shaft either directly or through transfer units; shedding motion is provided with electric drive which is connected with its drive shaft either directly or through transfer units; loom is provided with units for braking the main drive shaft; drive of loom and shedding motion is connected with control unit for transmission of signals. Compensation units include counter-weight mass acting on main drive shaft of boom and one partial counter-weight mass acting on drive shaft of shedding motion.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability.
