FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electromagnetic field excited with amplitude-modulated signal having carrying frequency of 100-1000 kHz and modulation frequency of 50-8000 Hz. Patient body trunk is subjected to field treatment and to concurrently acting electromagnetic field formed by amplitude-modulated signal having carrying frequency of 100-2000 kHz and modulation frequency of 50-8000 Hz in local mode. Device has power supply source, sinusoid signal oscillator, action element, low frequency source, one or several local action elements and control tracts. A control tract has amplitude detector, DC amplitude and indication unit.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated healing process.
