METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATING INJURED BIOLOGICAL TISSUES Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2226412 C1

FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying high frequency electromagnetic field produced by amplitude modulated sinusoid signal having carrying frequency belonging to 100-1000 kHz bandwidth and modulation frequency continuously varying in 50-8000 Hz frequency bandwidth by means of radiator manufactured as resonant oscillatory circuit. The treatment is applied twice a day for 20- 30 min. The total treatment course is 6-12 procedures long. Field intensity near radiator surface is equal to 0.1-0.5 V/m. The device has action unit, power supply source and sinusoid signal source in frequency bandwidth of 100-1000 kHz designed as selfexcited oscillator oscillatory circuit of which has capacitor and inductance coil low frequency signal oscillator of continuously varying frequency within 50-8000 Hz bandwidth output of which is connected to self-excited oscillator circuit via modulator unit, timer, acoustic indication unit and control tract connected to the self-excited oscillator with its input and having in series connected amplitude detector, DC amplifier and indicator unit. Oscillatory circuit inductance coil serves as action unit radiator. The inductance coil winding is arranged as spiral mounted in dielectric carcass manufactured as radially arranged leaflets. The carcass is mounted in casing manufactured from solid dielectric shaped as bowl of round or oval shape. Each coil winding wire alternately envelops each side of every carcass leaflet. Circuit is mounted on the casing bottom having selfexcited oscillator, modulator and control tract circuit elements arranged thereon. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 cl, 3 dwg _
