FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle seat suspensions.
SUBSTANCE: proposed seat suspension contains fixed and movable supports hinge-interconnected by levers to form parallelogram mechanism, and resilient member installed at positive angle to horizontal to side of movable support. Resilient member consists of two resilient parts whose ends are fix shifted along thrust surfaces of said supports and are installed at angle to each other and to diagonal of parallelogram in vertical plane. Axes of symmetry of parts of resilient member meet at angle and intersect in point arranged in plane of deformation of resilient member. Said resilient member is installed for changing angle of convergence of axes of symmetry of resilient parts, each made in form of leaf spring.
EFFECT: provision of required values of natural vibration frequency and effective vibration protection of suspension at different values of operator's weight at vibration of vehicle frame.
