FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: when unloaded, entire suspension is arranged as though at rising angle relative to horizontal. When vertical force P, for instance, weight of operator, acts on movable support, spacers made in form of plates and featuring low rigidity to bending in plane of deformation, flex and get set in new position, but preserve their initial length and remain parallel to each other, thus transformating entire movable portion of construction into new position. Diagonal of parallelogram (formed by movable and fixed supports and twin spacers) along which resilient member is installed, gets reduced and creates resilient member compression force F directed along diagonal and also bending moment. In balancing state combined action of force F and moment M compensates for action of load P. Character of change of factors F and M is non-linear and corresponds to required type of load bearing characteristic higher rigidity at initial section of curve and lower rigidity at working section of curve. Such type of load bearing characteristic of entire movable part of suspension construction has low natural oscillation frequency (effective vibration protection) at working strikes of suspension at relatively low static sag under weight of operator.
