FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, ac signal is applied to track circuit at one end, and difference in voltages at adjacent cycles of polling is determined at other end and compared with threshold value. Signal to receiver is supplied from one generator through two adjacent track circuits. To second circuit signal is supplied continuously, and to first one, in pulse manner in antiphase relative to second track circuit. Receiver is excited in the moments when no signal is supplied to first track circuit which indicates that both adjacent sections are clear. Occupation of sections is detected at no pulse operation of receiver, and clearance, after passing of train under two conditions provided in turn: firstly, at pulse mode of operation of receiver, when excitation of said receiver coincides with supply of pulse to first track circuit, and secondary, at pulse mode of operation of receiver, when excitation of said receiver coincides with internal in first track circuit.
EFFECT: improved reliability of checking condition of track sections.
