FIELD: composite materials obtained by impregnation with metal melt, and method for production the same.
SUBSTANCE: claimed materials contain silicium carbide and is obtained by infiltration of penetrable mass comprising 10 mass % or less or carbon with melt of silicium and another metal, different from silicium. Method of present invention makes it possible to improve physicochemical properties and carry out infiltration at lower temperatures.
EFFECT: composite material with decreased expansion when curing.
