FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering using renewable energy sources, namely to windmill electric generating plants with windmills whose wind turbine has vertical axle of rotation. Proposed plant contains wind wheel with blade wind turbine with vertical axle of rotation arranged inside guide-vane assembly with lower and upper covers, electric generator on upper end of wind turbine axle, energy accumulator and control unit. Plant contains additionally light energy photoelectric converter whose photoelectric elements are installed on upper cover of guide-vane assembly, being coupled with energy accumulator.
EFFECT: increased power output of plant and its efficiency without increasing its overall dimensions and area of site and complication of electrical part of plant.
