Method of electricity producing by means of a wind power plant, which includes the energy removal from air currents and its conversion into electric energy, at that, the air streams enter into the channels formed by the guide rings and ribs, increase speed at the outlet due to the channel cross-section narrowing, accelerated air flow hits the turbine's stationary part blades and drives the moving part, which transfers the rotation to the shaft, with which it is connected, shaft rotates and transfers rotation to the generator, generator converts mechanical energy into electric energy, which in turn is transferred to the storage battery or network via controller, with the turbo wheel mobile part with spherical fairing rotation in the area between the turbo wheel spherical fairing and the upper fairing bottom, air rarefaction is created.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at sustainable operation with hurricane winds and adverse weather conditions with a reduction in noise and frictional losses minimizing.
