FIELD: contactless supports with electromagnetic bearings for large compressors of natural gas pumping units.
SUBSTANCE: radial electromagnet is located in part of housing adjoining the compressor housing and axial electromagnets are mounted in part of housing which is closer to end of shaft. Rotor parts of radial electromagnet and radial sensors adjoining this electromagnet are located on common bush fitted on shaft. Inner surfaces of bushes with bushes of radial and axial electromagnets and outer surfaces of respective sections are taper in shape. Provision is made for assembly, disassembly and adjustment of magnetic supports in the course of inspection of gas seals during protracted operation of compressor at accurate mounting of units and dynamic properties of electromagnetic bearings.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
