FIELD: contactless supports with electromagnetic bearings that may be used, for example, for gas-pumping plants and miscellaneous high-speed machines employing active magnetic suspension of rotors. SUBSTANCE: magnetic support is designed so that arrangement of shaft position detectors and electromagnets can be changed by their interchanging in magnetic support without modifying the latter. Novelty is that magnetic support body is built up of three parts with split joint between them. One of these parts accommodates stators of shaft position detectors and other two parts receive, respectively, stators of radial and axial electromagnets. Butt-to-butt surfaces of body parts are equally spaced apart and fastening points coincide when joining these parts in any desired sequence. All rotors are made for relative interchanging on shaft; position detectors have common rotor. EFFECT: provision for unification of magnetic support for devices characterized in comprehensive variation range of dynamic parameters and/or operating conditions. 3 cl, 1 dwg
