FIELD: medicine, veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: for the purpose to evaluate the efficiency of tested agents one should detect the content of helminthic eggs in feces of experimental animals before treatment, during treatment and after its ending, and according to early and pronounced increase of eggs' content after the onset of therapy for 1-4 d against initial value and further escape of eggs in feces of treated animals it is possible to detect efficient antihelminthic preparations. The present method enables to apply decreased number of animals in experiments conducted. The method is reliable and quick.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of screening.
