SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to infect 3-4-mo-aged golden hamsters due to introducing mature protoscoleces of alveococcus into stomach at the dosage of about 50-100 thousand, and, also, one should paranterally introduce corticosteroid for animals at the dosage of about 0.13-0.15 g/kg once in the day of infection. The innovation provides adequate reproduction of a model at increased viability of a host and parasites and, also, decreases labor intensity of the technique suggested.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of modeling.
