SUBSTANCE: proposed device has container and shock mounts; container covers and walls constitute shielding enclosure that has at least two alternating shielding layers made of metal and high-temperature rubber with holes, as well as clearance between shielding layers communicating with inner space of container through non-return valves; container cover mounts pressure-reducing valve with filter for equalizing gage pressure within container and environmental pressure preventing pollution of environment; shielding screen is inserted in container inner space to prevent damage to shielding enclosure by fragment formed as result of material explosion.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of shielding transported gas under normal operating conditions and in emergency situations.
