FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to opening and closing devices of discharge hatch covers of self-dumping hopper-cars. Proposed device consists of drive and tubular shafts 1 and 2, respectively one fitted in the other, levers 3 secured on shaft 2 and connected by tie-rods 4 with hatch covers 6. Shaft 1 is secured on body 5. device has drive mechanism 9 containing cam 10 secured on shaft 1, drive lever 14 secured on shaft 2 over which locking lever 12 is arranged, and discharge different-arm lever 13 mounted between levers 11 and 12. Levers 12 and 13 are hinge-connected on vertical wall of housing. Cam 10 can contact with lever 12 and lever 11 when closing the covers. Lever 13 engages with support surface of lever 11 when opening the covers. Turning of shaft 2 is limited in "closed" and "open" position, and lever 11 is locked in said position.
EFFECT: improved reliability, simplified design.
