FIELD: sighting systems.
SUBSTANCE: method of adjustment of on-helmet sighting system which has viewfinder and operator's head angular speed of turn meters is based upon orientation of viewfinder's cross-hairs to zero position relatively basic coordinate system of viewfinder and on tight fixing of meters onto operator's helmet. Marks of stabilization of horizontal plane of basic system coordinate of viewfinder are introduced into field of view of operator and horizontal plane of basic system of coordinates is oriented in parallel to horizontal plane of the Earth and its position is fixed. Then the raster is introduced into field of view of operator which raster has marks of preset turn of operator's head and after each turn n current values of angles of view finding are registered by means of coinciding cross-hairs of viewfinder with specified mark. Current values are compared with apriori data and after that sensitive axes of each meter is subject to turn subsequently relatively basic system of coordinates of viewfinder at the direction and to get the value which is definitely is determined by measured error between registered meanings of angles of view finding and data got apriori.
EFFECT: high speed of operation; improved precision of adjustment.
