SUBSTANCE: apparatus has gaming device disposed in at least one gaming house, device for transmitting via communication channel of information on gaming situation in gaming device, and telephone connected via communication channel with telephone network and capable of making stake via digital and/or symbol set in at least one gaming house. Television camera or video camera used as device for transmitting via communication channel of information on gaming situation in gaming device is connected via communication channel with television center and/or broadcasting center to allow game to be immediately broadcast. Telephone network serving as game operator includes equipment capable of identifying player's telephone, determining player's account on telephone network and redistributing players' accounts. Lost sums are taken away from accounts of failed players and won sums are transferred to winning players' accounts. Total winnings do not exceed total lost sums.

EFFECT: increased entertaining effect and provision for gaming in, for example, roulette for remote players.
