SUBSTANCE: apparatus has gaming device, device for transmitting information on gaming situation on gaming device, telephone connected via communication channel telephone network and capable of staking through digital and/or symbol set in roulette game. Television camera or video camera used as device for transmitting information on gaming situation on gaming device is connected via communication channel with television center and/or broadcasting center to allow game to be broadcast. Telephone network serving as game operator includes equipment adapted for identifying player's telephone number, determining sums on player's account in telephone network and redistributing sums of players' accounts. Lost sums are taken away from failed players' accounts and winnings are added to winner's accounts.
EFFECT: provision for taking part in roulette game by remote players.
