FIELD: disintegrating by mills.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises crusher which receives the rotor having bearing disks provided with crushing members arranged horizontally, separator which underlies the crusher and has sloping screens, and vibrator. The crusher is provided with riffled concave. The crushing members of the rotor are made of blades which are detachable mounted in the radial grooves in the disks. The rotor and concave in the top section are made of a trancated cone. In the bottom section they are cylindrical. The diameter of the concave and disks of the rotor in their bottom section is larger than that in the top section. The angle of inclination of the conical section of the concave allows grains, which strike the working riffled conical section of the desk but do not disintegrate, to be reflected from the blade of the bottom grater diameter of the disk. The separator can be mounted on the ring suspensions for permitting its detaching from the crusher. The blades are provided with projections for their locking in the disk grooves.

EFFECT: improved quality of milling.
