FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of fractional mixtures of concentrated fodders. Method is characterized by that fodder ingredients and premixes after passing through magnetic separator are fed into separate hoppers, then through vibration dampers, pre-adjusted to a given dose of each ingredient, is spilled through woven sieve. Then the ingredients fall into the grinding chamber on the distribution disk with radial blades and are subjected to hammer impacts. Particles smaller than diameter of holes in the vertical sieve are exposed to impact of hammers and air pressure of the rotor in the grate space formed by the cylindrical part of the crusher housing and vertical sieve, after which they are pumped through the feed line into the cyclone with the exhaust pipe. Mixture settles in the conical part of the cyclone and is poured out into the separation unit, which includes a woven replaceable sieve, a pitched plane, an electric vibrator and a ready product bin.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance quality of fodder, as well as ensure high homogeneity of the mixture.
