FIELD: mechanical engineering; steam turbines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system is designed for steam turbine. System contains starting oil pump and pump-regulator with non-return valves communicating through oil line, and oil tank and injector. Diffuser of injector is connected to pump-regulator chamber by means of oil lines. Chamber of starting oil pump is connected to oil tank through additional oil line, oil line and injector diffuser. Thanks to it capacity of injector and, consequently, oil pressure in oil line is practically constant at stand-by and main operating duties at changing over of non-return valves. Oil line has tap with non-return valves through which chamber of starting oil pump communicates directly with oil tank. Additional non-return valve precludes air suction through pump-regulator when starting oil pump is started on "cold" oil. With starting oil pump operating, oil pressure in oil line closes non-return valve, and oil from oil tank passes into chamber of starting oil pump through injector. Excess oil is drained through bypass valve of starting oil pump into oil line (to suction side of starting oil pump). Such design of oil supply system prevents self-sustained oscillations of non-return valves when changing from stand-by and starting duties to main operating duty of turbine.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation.
