FIELD: applicable in heat-exchanging panel devices, in particular, in air-breathing and rocket engines.
SUBSTANCE: the heat-exchanging panel device has the first panel, second panel and a protective cover with fluid positioned between the mentioned first and second panels, the protective cover is positioned free of attachment to the first and second panels. The mentioned first and second panels are made of heat-proof composite material. The mentioned first and second panels are made of carbon-carbon composite material or carbon-carbo-rundum composite material. At least one fastener of composite material, by means of which the mentioned first panel is connected to the mentioned second panel and by means of which the device is secured on the supporting structure. The heat-exchanging panel device has the first panel, second panel and protective cover with fluid positioned between the mentioned first and second panels, the first and second panels are made of heat-proof composite material. At least one fastener of composite material, by means of which the mentioned first panel is connected to the mentioned second panel. The wall for the engine installation has at least one heat-exchanging panel device consisting of an outer and inner panels made of heat-proof composite material, and a protective cover with a coolant positioned between the mentioned outer and inner panels. The wall also has a supporting structure and at least one fastener of composite material, by means of which the mentioned outer and inner panels are connected, to the mentioned supporting structure, each fastener is made of composite material, and the mentioned protective cover with the coolant is installed freely of attachment to the mentioned outer and inner panels. The wall for the air-breathing engine plant has a supporting structure, at least one heat exchanger having an outer panel of composite material, and a protective cover with coolant restricted by the mentioned outer panel, and a means for attachment of the mentioned outer panel to the mentioned supporting structure. Besides, the mentioned protective cover with coolant has a group of tubular ducts, and the mentioned heat exchanger additionally has a group of separating components located between the mentioned tubular ducts.
EFFECT: enhanced characteristics of heat-proofness, the heat exchanging panel devices, inspection and repair of them are hot featured by complexity, and heat-exchanging panel devices are fit for use in air-breathing engine plants.
