FIELD: the invention may be used in the systems of detection, escorting and measuring of the speed of ground moving targets for example in the airborne radar apparatus of the systems of automatic guidance of a rocket against a ground moving target.

SUBSTANCE: increasing of accuracy of filtration and antijamming capabilities of the work of the tracking filter is ensured by way of reducing the influences of passive interferences made by targets moving on low radial speeds with uneven spectral consistence in the expected frequency range. The advantages of the declared decision may become visually apparent at tracking for a Doppler frequency and measuring of the speed of a quickly maneuvering target relocating against the background of heterogeneous formations. The tracking filter of a moving target's signal has an amplifier of an intermediate frequency(1), time selectors(2,11), mixers(3,6), band filters(4,12), band discriminators(5,13), a control block(7), a guided oscillator(8), a former of a selector pulse(9), an element of delay (10),a subtraction block(14).

EFFECT: increases accuracy of filtration and antijamming capabilities of the tracking filter.
