FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: radar station for automatic range monitoring has an antenna, an antenna switch, first and second mixers, first and second intermediate-frequency amplifiers, a synchroniser, a transmitter, a heterodyne, first, second, third and fourth circuits consisting of series-connected corresponding time selector, narrow-band filter and amplitude estimating unit, comparator unit, control unit, strobe generator, reference generator, first and second subtractor units, connected to each other in a certain manner.
EFFECT: high accuracy of monitoring range of small-size moving targets owing to bias error compensation for estimating range of small-size moving target, caused by passive jamming spatially superimposed with the target.
