SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing raw material; preparing sugar syrup and introducing into sugar syrup preparation produced from Mortierella globalpina micromycet biomass by predetermined process and added in an amount of 0.2-0.5% by weight of ready product; charging said components into cans; pressurizing and sterilizing.

EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties and reduced corrosive activity of base product.
