SUCKING CAP Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: sucking cap may be used in vacuum cleaners in industrial and consumer systems of vacuum dust collecting.

SUBSTANCE: sucking cap has a body with through channels fulfilled in it, sucking socket installed in the body and a partition located on the body and covering the lower end face plane opening of the body. On the outside face end of the surface of the partition grooves are made with an exit on the lateral surface. At that through openings are made in the grooves. In the partition additional through openings are fulfilled and dust moving elements are located with an exit on its outside face end and lateral surfaces. Dust moving elements are spring-loaded with paddy elements located between dust moving elements and the partition.

EFFECT: provides effective undamaging cleaning of the surfaces of sheet-mill easily forming materials and manufactured goods, increases quality of cleaning of sheet-mills materials and any other even, smooth or having small imperfections of surfaces caused by dust dirtying including particles of dust adhesively connected with cleaning surfaces.
