FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, head for vacuum cleaning systems used under industrial and domestic conditions.

SUBSTANCE: head has holding unit for connecting head to dust-laden air pipeline having cylindrical channel. Dust and air permeable fine-mesh partition is connected to holding unit and is adapted to close channel opening for preventing small-sized detached matter from being drawn into said channel during dust cleaning operation. Diameter of partition does not exceed outer diameter of dust-laden air pipeline. Holding unit is made in the form of two oppositely arranged springy members adapted for contacting with channel wall and for adjusting force of pressing of members to dust-laden air pipeline due to changing position of members by radial displacement thereof and fixing in selected position on partition. Partition has radial channel provided on its inner end surface and designed for mounting and longitudinal displacement of springy members. Shape of surface of springy member contacting with dust-laden air pipeline coincides with shape of dust-laden air pipeline surface, said pipeline being made in the form of vacuum cleaner hose extension.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities owing to usage of partition with various types of replaceable heads.
