SEED CLEANING MACHINE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; seed cleaners.

SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has drum in form of screens installed between two cheeks over perimeter of drum along screw surfaces. Said screens are made minimum of three perforated strips bent in cross section of drum whose edges are arranged along screw lines in longitudinal section of drum. Machine contains also rotation drive connected with drum, charging and discharge devices. Curvilinear shape strips are bent by cuts with beveled walls arranged in pairs at angle relative to each other at both sides of strips.

EFFECT: improved intensity of screening.
