FIELD: the invention may be used on railway transport for diagnostics of bearings of different rotor mechanism changing while working orientation in space.
SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention is in systematization of information about vibrations in different positions of a rotor mechanism and its displacement to a chosen position. The measuring device has an identifier of minimum information incoming from vibration detectors, a tilt manipulator and an automatic multi-channel scheme of measuring and controlling of the tilt manipulator. On the tilt manipulator a rotor mechanism is fixed. The measuring device allows to determine the characteristic of a magnitude of vibrations bringing by the tilt of an axis of rotating or by defects at changing orientation of the rotor mechanism.
EFFECT: defined characteristic of the magnitude of vibrations is used for making choice of a position enabling least resistance to rotation of a rotor mechanism or having least vibrations deflection of norm.
