FIELD: communications.
SUBSTANCE: group resource management is performed by assigning the resources on the permanent base that uses the assignment of channel and resources to the user device during precisely defined interval at the same time providing for dynamic multiplexing of users in the group. The first bitmap is created that is the function of the number of the users in the group and the number of channels assigned to the group. The second bitmap is created that has the number of bits equal to the number of “included” bits contained in the first bitmap. Second bitmap can assign the version of transmission speed or variant of size that are the function of a group member profile that corresponds to a bit. Variant of the transmission speed or variant of the size can be stated in each x-bit position in the second bitmap. It supports both broadband and multicast transmission.
EFFECT: easing of planning and management of group resources in the wireless network when a large number of users exists.
