FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: output signals of delta-modulators integrators are compared to input signal of appropriate channel at special comparator. Each measured signal is converted concurrently by at least two delta-modulators with substantially different quantizing steps. Minimal quantizing step is selected to be no more than level of required resolution. Maximal step is determined on basis of allowed range of data losses because of overload in steepness for maximal level of analyzed signal. Overload ranges are detected on basis of modulators steepness with minimal step, delta-code of modulators is analyzed with greater steepness at detected ranges and on basis of analysis results properties of interferences and signal are estimated. When sending signals to system consisting of at least two couples of delta-modulators from detectors with mutually orthogonal direction, direction where interferences come from is detected on basis of relations of delta-codes of large steepness at concurrent ranges of overload of delta-codes of low steepness, and when sending signals to two or more systems from remotely separated orthogonally directed detectors, realization record (accumulation) of delta-codes pf large steepness is performed at concurrent overload rime ranges on basis of steepness of each modulator with small step, statistic estimates of interferences realization are compared on basis of detected interference directions and on basis of statistic properties of interference realizations presence and properties of geological object are detected on basis of selected directions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher precision.
