FIELD: surveying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of geophysical research methods in search and surveillance of deposits of hydrocarbons, rare and noble metals, diamonds, during engineering surveys and solving problems of ecological monitoring using digital equipment. Substance: the apparatus for geoelectric survey is comprised of a generator unit connected with at least one generator dipole A-B with grounding electrodes A and B and containing an alternating current source, a bipolar impulse switch and an alternating current rectifier, at least one potential difference recorder with n channels, connected with the pickup dipole M-N containing at least one pair of grounding electrodes M and N. The potential difference recorder is comprised of a processing module and an apparatus for collecting primary data and controlling the potential difference recorder with software. The generator unit and the potential difference recorder are equipped with a satellite time synchronisation unit configured to synchronise the operation of the generator unit and the potential difference recorder. The generator dipole A-B is connected in series with one of the channels of the potential difference recorder by a shunt apparatus configured to record the current pulse form. The pickup dipoles M-N are located in a predetermined profile coaxially to the generator dipole A-B with coaxial installation thereof relative to the generator dipole A-B, or the pickup dipoles M-N are located in predetermined profiles parallel to the generator dipole Ax-B and orthogonal to the generator dipole Ay-B. The receiving dipoles M-N are therein within the limits of the generator dipoles Ax-B and Ay-B.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of predicting the presence of anomalous objects in the surveyed environment.
