SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting micromycet biomass of Mortierella or Pythium family in permanent or alternating magnetic field with liquid extractant selected from the group comprising lower alcohols, saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons comprising up to 10 atoms of carbon in molecule, halogen derivatives thereof, inert gases, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, and mixture thereof; separating extract and introducing inactive components into extract for obtaining of ready product. In the process of extraction, pressure in extraction mixture is periodically reduced to value providing boiling of extractant and then increased to initial value.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of power and intensified extraction process.
