SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes extraction of biomass of family Mortierella or Pythium micromycete in microwave field with extractant selected from group including lower alcohols, saturated or unsaturated C₁-C₁₀-hydrocarbons optionally substituted with halogen, inert gases, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide and mixture thereof; extract separation and introducing therein non-active components to produce target product. During this process extraction pressure in extraction mixture is periodically decompressed to provide extractant boiling and elevated again up to starting pressure.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption; intensified extraction process.
