FIELD: chemico-pharmaceutical industry; methods of utilization of wastes of extraction of medicinal plants, for example hawthorn or dog rose.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in washing hawthorn and dog rose berries till flushing water becomes colorless followed by drying first at temperature of 60-65 C and then at 100-105 C, grinding, dispersing and selecting fraction 0.2-2 mm. Proposed method makes it possible to obtain sorbents of required quality which are used for cleaning aqueous solutions from heavy metals and organic contaminants.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
