FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely manufacture of shots by melt metal spraying.
SUBSTANCE: unit including pelletization basin, metal receptacle, jet, vessel for shots also includes two jets and driven carriage carrying electric winch and boom with electromagnet; two-stage apparatus for draining water with settler whose lower stage has cleaning pallet with grid and barrier-damper. The last includes rod with piston in one end and threaded sleeve with lead screw in other end and housing with inlet opening, guiding sleeve of rod and outlet opening arranged normally relative to inlet opening and sleeve of rod. Filters for supplying water to jets are arranged outside basin and they have cylindrical casings with openings for feeding water from downwards and for lateral discharge of water, latticed members and covers. Jets are arranged under metal receptacle one over another. Upper jet has nozzle with grid; lower jet has nozzle with rectangular opening. Vessel for shots is placed on upper surface of pelletization basin.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, reduced sticking degree of metal onto walls of basin, less loss of yield for one shot.
