FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of neutralization and disposal of waste. The installation for the neutralization by the incineration of solid bioorganic wastes - solid food (SF) and solid biological (SB) waste includes a furnace, a combustion chamber, a loading hatch, a pan for ash discharge, a chimney, a nozzle, a grate frame, a resonator-flame arrester, a turbine, a generator, scrubbers of stage -I, stage-II and final stage-III, gas ducts, unit-D of automatic batch reception of waste, block-I of neutralization of SF and SB waste and block-II of three-stage wet cleaning and cooling of gaseous combustion products. At the same time, node-D is lined with refractory bricks and is adjacent to the intake window of the combustion chamber of the furnace, consists of a shut-off hatch, a loading and airlock chamber, separated by an intermediate hatch. Node-D is configured to provide a cyclic metered charge depending on the density and structure of the waste. Block-I consists of a rectangular furnace lined with refractory bricks, including a combustion chamber, a two-chamber diesel nozzle controlled by a fuel module with the ability to heat up to 1550-1600 ° C, at which the waste dried to 6-8% moisture content of SF and SB burns without leaving caked fragments and vaults with complete oxidation of gases and the formation of mineral ash with a fraction of 15-20 mm. At the same time, there is a vertical branch pipe with an emergency valve for automatic gas release in case of a pressure surge, a resonator-flame arrester connected in series with a closed chimney type pipe in a pipe, where a heat exchanger coil is located in the annular space, a fan made with the possibility of supplying heated air through ceramic fittings to a two-chamber diesel nozzle and a grate, a smoke exhauster that acts as an injector and is configured to supply exhaust gaseous combustion products to a series-connected turbine of Unit II. Unit-II includes a turbine with a water jacket, connected in series with a power generation generator by means of a coupling, while the turbine is configured to pump exhaust gases through smoke exhausters through closed chimneys and gas ducts to stage-I, stage-II and stage-III scrubbers.
EFFECT: saving the maximum amount of useful components contained in municipal solid waste (MSW) for their secondary use, and improving the state of the environment.
