FIELD: railway transport; hydraulic cleaning devices. SUBSTANCE: complex for hydraulic cleaning of inner and outer surfaces of railway gondola cars 3 and rolling stock members includes hydraulic cleaning plant, liquid supply system, liquid cleaning and reclamation system and dehydrating devices. Hydraulic cleaning plant has jet-forming nozzles 1 for pressure delivery of liquid arranged in paired parallel lines of length not exceeding car width. First nozzles are arranged at angle relative to bulk material to be and second ones are directed square to car base forming barrier wave providing additional hydrodynamic head on material to be washed off. Opening and closing of gondola car hatches through required clearance is provided by flexible stop locking ring. Dehydrating device of complex has scraper conveyor with sieve section in its tilted part. Scrapers are provided with flexible cleaners made, for instance, from rubber. Process water clarification system reservoirs are furnished with flexible bridges differing in height. Complex has special device for flat-jet tear-off of moisture from car surface and has also axial forced draught fans for removing snow and dust.
