SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of water purification, in particular, to methods of water purification to produce portable water "Victoria" used for drinking needs and intended for production of an activated water of prolonged action of the following modifications: a potable water, a medical-dining room water, medical desalted water and medical heavily gas-cut water. The method provides for evaporation of water and transfer of the steam into condensed liquid state. Then conduct treatment of the condensate with a natural mineral schungite with dispersity of 0.5 - 10 mm, at a volumetric ratio of S : L = 0.5 - 2.0 within 12-24 hours, and the produced potable water chill to the temperature of 0 - (-18)°C. For regulation of composition of salt in the solution of the potable water add a sterilized sea-water or separated from it salts, or sterilized borehole concentrated salt solutions of natural mineral springs or reactive salts of (Ч) and-or (ЧДА) brands. In the capacity of the raw material use waters of terrestrial and underground springs, ice of icebergs and glaciers, which age is no less than 50 years, sea-water, atmospheric precipitates in the form of rainfalls and-or snowfalls or use a surplus (waste) condensate of heat power installations. The potable water of the adjusted composition pack into the hermetically sealed containers and then transfer into the solid state.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of an activated drinking water of prolonged action.
