FIELD: soft drink industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of purified artesian waters conditioned regarding their salt composition and used as drinking, table, and healing water. Preparation procedure comprises mixing at 1:15 volume ratio, respectively, (i) original artesian mineral water from Sarmat water-bearing bed and containing, mg/L: calcium cation 150-200, magnesium cation 40-60, sodium + potassium cations 100-200, chlorine anion <100, hydrocarbonates 400-550, sulfates 400-550, and total minerals 1.0-2.0 with (ii) the same but preliminary subjected to reverse osmosis-mediated desalting artesian water containing not more than 0.06 g/L salts, said original artesian mineral water having been preliminarily subjected to additional aeration treatment, filtration through sand filer and 5-mcm secondary filter, softening on sodium-cationite ion-exchange interaction, and UV-assisted disinfection. In order to produce sparkling drink, UV-treated water is saturated with carbon dioxide. Final product is high-purification drinking water conditioned regarding its salt composition, named first-grade "iverskaya" water, and exhibiting high organoleptic, microbiological, and toxicological characteristics meeting requirements of World Health Organization and domestic standards.
EFFECT: extended assortment of drinking waters.
