SUBSTANCE: device comprises hollow housing with axial port and at least one inlet passage, cover with one or several outlet ports for the main fluid flow, and controllable disk which is provided with eccentric through openings and mounted inside the housing. Between the cover and controllable disk is one or several sealing members. The disk is connected with the step rod provide with a pivot. The rod is provided with a rotatable mechanism. At least one sealing unit is mounted above one of the steps of the pivot rod in the axial opening of the housing. The bearing ring, one or several spring members, pressing bushing, and control unit for changing the loading on the controllable disk are arranged in series above the next step of the rod. At least one centering passage is made in the sides of the controllable disk and pivot which are face each other. The passage receives pivot or ball. The control disk is provided with one or several sockets. The sockets receive springs under the pivot. The eccentric through openings of the controllable disk and inlet or outlet passages in the cover are mounted for permitting their connection or disconnection when the controllable disk rotates through one or several corresponding sealing members. The eccentric through openings in the controllable disk receives connecting pipes or nozzles or diaphragms of various inner diameters. The outer side of the eccentric openings of the controllable disk and/or the outer side of the opening or openings in the top face of the outlet passage or outlet passages in the cover are provided with grooves. The grooves receives sealing members. The eccentric through openings of the controllable disk are arranged above the cover for permitting communication of one or several of them with opening or openings of the top face of the outlet passage or outlet passages provided in the cover.
