FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for drying hydrogen in cooling system for electric generator with drive in form of steam turbine with capacitor has ventilator with suck-in and forcing zones and absorber with steam coat and hydrogen input and output branch pipes. Force zone is connected to hydrogen input branch pipe, and output branch pipe of the latter is connected to suck-in zone with forming of locked circulation contour. Plant also has two steam ejectors, active nozzles of which are connected to drain from turbine, and passive nozzle of second one sis connected to mixing nozzle of first ejector and steam tank of turbine capacitor. Absorber is connected to passive nozzle of first ejector. Active nozzle of first ejector is connected to turbine drain through steam coat of absorber. Absorber has inbuilt oil separator ad coat, placed also on the inner side of absorber.
EFFECT: simplified construction, higher reliability, lower costs, higher ecological safety, higher efficiency.
