FIELD: gas industry; petrochemical and chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of purification of gas streams at cryogenic production of rare gases and may be used in gas, petrochemical and a chemical industries. The method provides for a gas heating, its feeding in a reactor with a catalyst, realization of chemical reactions in the reactor with formation of reaction products, the gas cooling. At that they form a circulating stream of the gas with a stimulus of consumption, make feeding of the necessary reagents and the cleaned gas through the separate lines in the circulating stream of gas, make sampling of a part of the gas from the circulating stream of the gas, conduct heating of the circulating stream of the gas in a regenerative heat exchanger and an electric heater, its feeding in the reactor with the catalyst, conduct the chemical reactions with formation of water and other products of the reaction, make refrigeration in the regenerative exchanger and in the water heat exchanger, drying in the adsorber-dryer. At that they make sampling of a part of the gas from the dried circulating stream of the gas and compress this part of the gas in the compressor, chill in the gas heat exchanger and in the water cooler, purify in the set of adsorbers from other products of the reaction. The device contains linked by the pipelines and the fixture a regenerative heat exchanger, an electric heater, a reactor with a catalyst, a water heat exchanger, a compressor, a gas heat exchanger, a water cooler and a set of adsorbers. At that the connecting pipe of the gas withdrawal from the water heat exchanger through the pipeline supplied with the additionally installed adsorber-dryer, the filter, the stimulus of consumption and the fixture is linked to the connecting pipe of the gas delivery in the regenerative heat exchanger, forming together with the regenerative heat exchanger, the electric heater, the reactor with the catalyst and the water heat exchanger a flow circuit linked with the circulating circuit of the separate pipelines of feeding of the necessary reagents, subjected to purification gas and the compressor intake pipeline. The compressor pressure pipeline is linked through the gas heat exchanger and the water cooler to the connecting pipe of the gas delivery in the set of adsorbers.
EFFECT: the invention allows to purify economically and safely the gas containing combustible impurities.
