FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out fibrogastroduodenoscopy in dynamic mode every 6 h during the first day and later on once a day during the second and the third day. No ulcerous defect diameter growth being observed relative to an initial state, low hemorrhage risk degree is to be predicted. Ulcerous defect diameter growth being 1.5-2 times as high relative to an initial state within 12-24 h, high hemorrhage risk degree is to be predicted. Ulcerous defect diameter growth being more than twice as high relative to an initial state, significant hemorrhage risk degree is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy and information capacity of prognosis.
